501(c)(3) Nonprofit Delivering Medical Supplies & Education Support

About Mission195

Mission195 is a humanitarian organization focusing on the overall well-being of all people, giving special attention to the neediest in society, wherever they may be. Our passion is helping the needy across the195 countries of the world, directly or indirectly.

How can we do that?

We strive to connect caring and compassionate non-profits and other like-minded organizations with each other to provide a variety of medical, spiritual, and educational guidance and services to the underprivileged and vulnerable, both locally and abroad. Person-to-person.

People smile when they are happy and well. At Mission195, it is our goal to put that contagious smile on each individual we connect with and as many faces as possible.

Projects: How do we do that?

It is a very hands-on approach and project-oriented. For instance, we helped one of our partners send large volumes of medical supplies to Liberia during the Ebola outbreak. Currently, providing medical supplies for the COVID19 pandemic.

Our local team in Ghana assisted with community outreach to educate and encourage citizens to get vaccinated.

Locally, we donated computers and built a computer lab for the elderly and students to do their homework, as well as connect with their loved ones.

Here is what we have done recently, but right now we are working on the elderly's need for assistance and donations to put together Thanksgiving baskets.

Working with other non-profits for putting together to create safe shelters for the homeless during the winter months, but now we need a lot of help and lots of supplies: food, water, hats, undergarments, blankets, coats, socks, and backpacks

We have already built a computer lab in a needy area, but there is more to be done. We plan to build more labs when we have the resources to do so. We need stationery, network equipment, and computers.

Working with our friends and partners, we have provided medical supplies and equipment to various hospitals and clinics to Ghana, Honduras, Haiti, Nigeria, and Liberia. We are working with our partners in India and Granada to provide much-needed supplies during the COVID 19 Pandemic.

Also, we provided educational items and toys to an orphanage in Ghana. We need to do more in this area by equipping their computer lab with updated equipment.

The team is preparing a shipment of medical supplies, equipment, and educational supplies to Ghana.

Funding: How can we bring more smiles to people's faces?

We are grateful for all the support we have received thus far from private citizens and organizations who want to help others. And we are doubly blessed to be able to use 100% of the contributions for the needs of others. In other words, because of volunteers and good friends, we have almost no overhead. There are always year-round needs. You have just put more smiles on more faces with your participation.

Thank you for caring.

Education: We engage professionals to mentor the youth and other professionals, "remote mentors "as well as provide e-guidance in their respective professions to the selected mentee.

Mentoring is performed via face-to-face meetings or via video conferencing, where available.

We are in need of professionals to mentor and train others with less exposure in the same field of study. If you can help sign up here

Programs for Volunteers

Mission195 aims to positively impact health, economic, and scientific advancement globally, one person, one community, and one country at a time.

In order to achieve this tall order, we need to increase participation of donations from other sources and increase volunteerism.

Volunteers Making a big difference

Mission195 seeks volunteers who will dedicate some time once a month to help us and other partnered organizations in programs that benefit the needy.

We provide opportunities for youth involvement in outreach activities and programs in order to have a greater impact for change.

One of the activities that volunteers may be involved in is basic health education on topics such as women's health, diabetes, hypertension, malaria prevention and control, and diet, in order to promote and empower a healthy lifestyle. We need teachers and counselors who can assist students with their homework. Such activities shall always be free of charge to participants and will not include any compensation to the volunteers.

We need volunteers who will be able to teach Math, English, Science, and life skills to the youth and mentor them.
